Avantika Shrivastava is a Senior Communications Officer at Accountability Initiative (AI). She has worked as a strategic communication professional with Oxfam and Doctors Without Borders in Delhi. Before making a transition to the development sector, she was a journalist at news agency Press Trust of India. Avantika holds an MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh where she was a Global Development Academy Masters Scholar, a PG Diploma from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, and BA in Journalism from the University of Delhi. She has also been a Global Thinkers Forum mentee.

Padma Priya, an alumnus of Asian College of Journalism, is an independent journalist and communication professional with over 10 years of experience working in media, digital media & development sector. Her most recent position was as the Deputy Country Director for Nobel Peace Prize winning medical humanitarian organisation Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) where she lead their advocacy and communication efforts in public health. In the past she has also worked with The Hindu, covered Telangana struggle for FirstPost and was also part of the research team for a documentary on surrogacy in India for HBO Vice. She is the host of Dear Pari, a first of its kind narrative series on adoption in India which will be launched on Suno India, an online podcast platform exclusively for socially relevant topics.
Rakesh Kamal

Rakesh Kamal is currently a consultant with Climate Reality, a climate communication non-profit founded by Nobel Laureate Al Gore. An environmentalist, he has over 8 years of experience working in sustainability and climate change domain in various non-profits in US and India. Rakesh Kamal also writes regularly in leading mainstream media on clean energy among other topics and believes strongly in an individual action's impact on society as a whole. He is the co-host of Dear Pari and is also producing another podcast series on environmental issues in India for Suno India.
